Taza is a small bean-to-bar chocolate maker, and the only producer in the US of 100% stone ground, organic chocolate. They roast, winnow, grind, temper, and mold their chocolate in house and by hand. Also, they use exclusively organic and sustainable ingredients to craft their chocolate.

I just stumbled on your blog by way of Tastespotting (or was it Foodgawker?). I love it—the photos, the goods, and the fact that we are both penniless 20-something pastry cooks who love pretty things and are in the pursuit of opening our own businesses…I will come to visit again very soon!!
