a not so classic risotto

It’s been chilly here in the city lately, so a hot meal at the end of the day is greatly appreciated. I made risotto for J and I last night, having no  grand expectations whatsoever, but in the end I was so very pleased.


This risotto was made with beef stock, and went nicely with the pan seared brussel sprouts and linguisa J suggested. That, and a glass of white wine… well, it was kind of perfect.
